Day Two:
- After curing, we apply two coats of 100%-solids polyaspartic topcoat, which are UV-stable, stain-resistant, and built to endure the Northeast climate.

Why Brand Names Alone Don’t Guarantee Durability

These coatings cure so quickly, especially in the presence of moisture or humidity, that they fail to deeply penetrate the concrete slab. In addition, they only apply a single, less-than-100%-solids clear top coat….all in the name of speed (to get the job done in one day).

- Moisture from the slab causes peeling of the poor-penetrating base coat
- The single top coat is susceptible to staining from hot tire transfer (aka plasticizer migration)
